Jessica Haxen is an experienced Process Data Analyst at ECT2, specializing in the analysis of chemical and operational data to optimize processes and maintain high water quality standards since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jessica served as the Quality Manager at Tank Solutions, overseeing the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with ISO9001 while implementing process improvements. Jessica's career also includes a position as Client Operations Officer at Coal LSL, handling administration for the Long Service Leave scheme, and as a Quality Assurance Officer at Metso Outotec, where responsibilities included quality management support, internal audits, and technical writing. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from The University of Queensland, earned between 2001 and 2004.
