Zach Jobe has significant experience in both management and research and development roles. At ECS Tuning since May 2013, Zach has served as a Research and Development Performance Representative and Shop Coordinator, leading a team focused on project progression and product development while coordinating deliverables across all departments. Prior to this, Zach managed operations at Puckers Sports Bar & Grill, enhancing staff recruitment, training, and business growth in a safe environment. Earlier experience includes managerial responsibilities at Marco's Pizza, where Zach developed skills in time management, customer satisfaction, and store operations. Zach holds an Associate of Science degree in Automotive from Stark State College, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
