Mick Perry

Vice President, Mission Solutions at ECS

Michael “Mick” Perry is vice president of mission systems at ECS. In this role, he oversees the delivery of advanced technology solutions to ECS customers in the defense and federal civilian markets. Mr. Perry is directly responsible for corporate-wide operational delivery, implementing market strategies, and executing operational business plans for company growth.

Prior to joining ECS, Mr. Perry was vice president of client operations at InfoReliance Corporation, where he was responsible for the delivery of more than $100M in services across all of the company’s market segments including defense, federal civilian, and commercial clients. At InfoReliance, Mr. Perry also directed information technology (IT) services for the wounded warrior initiatives of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps, including enterprise software engineering, IT operations, and cybersecurity. As branch head for the U.S. Marine Corps’ Manpower Information Technology department, Mr. Perry was responsible for all IT operations and the redesign of the department’s public-facing web presence.

An experienced aviation professional and certified flight instructor, Mr. Perry spent eight years as a UH-1 pilot in the Marine Light Attack Squadron for the US Marine Corps. He has a bachelor’s in elect engineering technology from Texas Tech University, and a master’s in information systems technology from the Naval Postgraduate School.
