Sven Pieters is an experienced executive currently serving as the CEO of ECS Group since October 2022 and also holds the position of Managing Director at 2XL NV. Prior to this, Sven Pieters spent over a decade at Barry Callebaut Group, where roles included General Manager of Decorations EMEA, General Manager of ASM Foods, Operations and Supply Chain Director for Specialties, and Plant Manager for Wieze. Sven Pieters began their career at Balta Industries, serving as Operations Manager for finishing and warehousing and Production Manager for latex. Additionally, initial experience includes working as a Production Engineer at Campina Melkunie and completing a doctoral program at Ghent University. Sven Pieters holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a degree from Ghent University.
