Avishek Brahma possesses extensive experience in procurement and component development, currently serving as the Head of Component Development at Varroc since November 2018. Previously, Avishek held the position of Sr. Manager of Procurement at York Transport Equipment from October 2017 to November 2018, and served as Sr. Manager at Varroc in a corporate sourcing role for electronics and proprietary components from September 2015 to October 2017. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Mahindra & Mahindra, focusing on strategic sourcing and cost reduction from June 2010 to September 2015, and assistant managerial responsibilities at Tata Motors, emphasizing supplier and product development from August 2007 to May 2010. Avishek began their career as a Tool Room Engineer at Videocon International Limited from June 2004 to August 2007. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from SJCIT.
