Hermione van Zutphen is currently serving as the Ecology Program Manager at Ecowende since June 2023 and holds the position of Project Engineer Offshore Wind at Shell since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Basrah Gas Company from February 2018 to October 2021 and various engineering positions at Shell from 2008 to February 2018, encompassing offshore hook-up and coordination, business advisory, and offshore structures engineering. Earlier experience includes being a Metocean Engineer at Shell International Exploration & Production from 2006 to 2009 and a Hydrodynamics Consultant at Protys BV from 2003 to 2006. Hermione van Zutphen started career development with an internship at SBM IMODCO in 2002. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Maritime Technology - Hydrodynamics from Delft University of Technology, attained in 2004.
