Abdou Kolley currently serves as Chief of Staff to The President of ECOWAS Commission, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this, Abdou Kolley operated as a Freelance Consultant from January 2017 to July 2022 and held significant roles in various organizations, including Chairman of the Board of Commissioners at Gambia Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and Member of The Board of Directors at National Roads Authority. Abdou Kolley's extensive experience in government includes serving as Cabinet Minister in multiple ministries, including the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Regional Integration and Employment. Abdou Kolley holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business/Managerial Economics from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne, as well as an Associate's degree in Economics and advanced language qualifications.
