Hieu Nguyen has a varied work experience beginning in 2008 when they were an Executive in Human Resources for Nielsen. In this role, they were responsible for selection and recruitment processes, revising and improving employment policies and remunerations, and acting as a Human Resource Business Partner. In 2011, they became Manager of Sales and Operations for Quang Chau - Forwarding & Transportation Join Stock Company. In this role, they maintained and developed customer relationship management and acquired many valued contracts in numerous industries. In 2018, they became a Sessional Lecturer for Vietnam Logistics Research and Development Institute. In 2021, they became Business Development Manager, Road Logistics for Kuehne+Nagel. Currently, they are a Sales Manager for EcoTruck - Ecosystem for Trucking.

Hieu Nguyen completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Strategic Management at the Maastricht School of Management from 2013 to 2015. Hieu also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Sunderland from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from the Management Development Institute of Singapore from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Hieu has obtained a Certified Logistics Master from the Mekong Institute in 2016 and a Train The Trainer Certificate from the Mekong Institute.
