Camille Delamar is the Co-Founder of ɳ¦´Ç³Ù²¹²ú±ô±ð, a social and solidarity economy company focused on aiding the restaurant sector in its ecological transition since 2017. ɳ¦´Ç³Ù²¹²ú±ô±ð offers a sustainable dining platform called "Impact," which provides tools for restaurateurs to measure their environmental impact, identify committed suppliers, and implement best practices among their teams. In addition to this role, Camille has been an external lecturer in Business Statistics at ESSEC Business School since January 2016, and previously worked as a Manager and data scientist at Ekimetrics from October 2011 to May 2019, consulting for clients in diverse sectors on CRM-related challenges. Camille holds an engineering degree with a specialization in innovation and entrepreneurship from Mines Paris - PSL (2008-2011) and a scientific Baccalauréat with honors from Lycée Charlemagne (2003-2008).
