Faith Ong Hwee Ching is an experienced events manager with a solid background in event operations, project management, and client relations. Currently serving as Events Manager and Event Operations Manager at Ecosystm since February 2022, following its acquisition of CoVentured, Faith expanded responsibilities to include event management for both companies starting June 2024. Prior roles include Event Manager at MICE Depot Pte Ltd, Project Manager at PMG Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, and various positions at MCI Group focused on conference development and sponsorship sales. Early career experience includes roles at Seeds D' Learning House and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, providing a foundation in customer service and communication. Faith holds degrees in Hospitality Business with a focus on Event Management from Singapore Institute of Technology and in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Nanyang Polytechnic.
