Wesley Dochnahl has over 20 years of experience in the lighting industry. Wesley is currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Ecosense since 2013. In this role, they manage new product launches, oversees the entire product lifecycle, and leads the Technical Support Team to resolve field issues.

Before Ecosense, Wesley worked as a Product Development Manager at Tempo LED Lighting from 2011 to 2013. During their tenure, they managed a team of engineers and collaborated with the CTO to implement a "No factory in the field" product development strategy. Wesley also oversaw operations to ensure the smooth production of new products.

Prior to that, Wesley worked as a Design Engineer at Troy-CSL Lighting from 2010 to 2011, where they designed and developed architectural and decorative LED lighting products, including LED board and heat-sink design.

From 2007 to 2010, Wesley served as an Engineering Manager at Philips Lighting (Lam Lighting Division). In this role, they managed a team of engineers, handled manufacturing support, and developed customized and new lighting products using various light sources.

Earlier in their career, Wesley worked as a Design Engineer at LEDRAbrands from 2004 to 2007, where they designed low voltage track systems and various lighting products utilizing different materials. Wesley also gained experience as a Design Engineer at Lightolier from 1999 to 2004, working on the design and development of linear fluorescent lighting systems.

Wesley Dochnahl's education began in 1996 at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Wesley attended this institution until 2005.
