Maria Haniya is an experienced Project Analyst at ecosecurities, focusing on carbon project development since May 2021, and previously worked as a Project Development Intern, supporting greenhouse gas mitigation projects. Prior to ecosecurities, Maria was self-employed as a private math tutor from March 2017 to May 2021 and served as a Tutoring and Research Scholar at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro from September 2017 to August 2020. Maria holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completed in July 2022, and graduated from Our Lady of Mercy School in July 2016.
