Yaron Harel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Yaron started their career at Intel Corporation in 2006 as a Technician. After that, they joined Micron Technology in 2010 as a Business Analyst, where they focused on designing and implementing cost reduction BI projects using statistical tools. In 2012, Yaron moved to ironSource and held the position of BI Team Leader until 2015 when they became the Head of Data Analytics at Aura. In 2017, they co-founded Ecoplant and assumed the responsibilities of the CTO and Director of Technology. Yaron's experience includes leadership roles and expertise in technology and data analytics.

Yaron Harel completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Before that, they attended Maccabim Reut from 2000 to 2003 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their formal education, Yaron Harel has obtained several certifications from Coursera Verified Certificates, including "Getting and Cleaning Data" in June 2015, "R Programming" in May 2015, and "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" in March 2015.
