Gillian Keane has extensive experience in customer service and management across various hospitality and service industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at EcoOnline Global since January 2019, Gillian has also held positions as an Account Manager and Data Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, Gillian worked as Front Office Manager at Limerick Strand Hotel and as Front Desk Receptionist at Maldron Hotel Limerick. Earlier experience includes a role as Customer Service Representative at Arise Europe and Reservations Supervisor at Kilmurry Lodge Hotel. Gillian is currently pursuing a NISO Certificate in Safety, Health & Welfare at Work from Limerick Institute of Technology, complementing a foundational education from St. Marys Newport.
