Lechuan Huang is an Analyst at Econsult Solutions since August 2022, involved in projects for both public and private sector clients, focusing on deliverables such as reports, memos, and presentations. Previously, Lechuan served as a Geospatial Research Assistant for a collaborative project with the Penn Institute for Urban Research, utilizing R and SQL for data cleaning and performing feature engineering with R and Python. Lechuan's experience also includes a Research Assistant role at the University of Pennsylvania, assisting with data management and analysis for a national study on emergency rental assistance, as well as a research position at Virginia Tech, contributing to a project on Green Stormwater Infrastructure. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Urban Spatial Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech, graduating Cum Laude.
