Pritha has over 9 years of experience in the field of Credit Risk management and Analytics. With a Masters in Applied Econ nomics from the University of Warwick, Pritha joined American Express in 2007. Thereafter, she has worked across various countries such as India, France, Netherlands & Germany in the domain of Credit Risk. She also provides Financial Risk analytics trainings to large consulting corporates such as Genpact. “My vision is to keep growing & curating the network of data analysts on the platform using verification tests, Hackathons and Challenger games. Data Analytics is an expensive commodity and many companies don’t understand the need for it (even though they know it’s the buzzword). Econolytics aims to provide these companies with project based- quality analysts that optimizes their costs and helps them navigate through the project using tools such as Milestone tracker, Project management Office and so on. Example: A NBFC has developed a scoring model and hires an experienced analyst for 20 hours to validate the model. This also provides analysts with incremental income and exposure to more projects”.
