Sylwia Koziara, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sylwia is currently serving as the Head Of Structured Finance for Germany & Poland at Econocom since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Project Manager Finance & Sales International at ABO Wind from January 2021 to February 2022. Sylwia also held the position of Contract Manager (Vice President) at KfW IPEX-Bank from June 2020 to December 2020.

Sylwia spent a significant portion of their career at UniCredit until 2017, now known as Bank Pekao SA, where they held the roles of Business Risk & Transaction Manager (Vice President) and Transaction & Area Manager (Senior Associate) from November 2005 to April 2020.

Sylwia has also gained experience in marketing and brand promotion as a Brand Promotion Specialist at PKN ORLEN S.A. in 2005. Additionally, they worked as an Export Specialist at Queisser Pharma GmbH & Co. KG in 2003 and as a Product Specialist at the same company in 2002.

Sylwia started their professional journey as a Junior Specialist at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Switzerland in 2001. Sylwia previously worked as a Presenter and Journalist at TVP Polish Television (Telewizja Polska S.A) in 1998.

Sylwia Koziara, MBA has a diverse and extensive education history. Sylwia began their educational journey in 1999 at the University of Warsaw, earning their Master of Arts degree in International Business in 2004. In 2003, they also pursued studies in Finance and Banking at both Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the University of Mannheim.

Sylwia furthered their education in 2008 at the SDA Bocconi School of Management and UniCredit Group, where they obtained their MBA. Their studies focused on the New Europe Master in Banking & Entrepreneurship, as well as International Finance.

In 2009, they pursued a Post-graduate Study at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, with a specialization in Alternative Sources of Capital for Development and Finance Engineering.

In 2011, Sylwia attended SDA Bocconi once again, completing the Risk Academy and the Risk Management Program of UniCredit Group, earning a Risk Diploma.
