Doug Parker is a co-founder and CEO of Ecolumix, established in May 2020, specializing in environmental health and safety (EHS) performance measurement and sustainability efforts. Prior to this, Doug served as Principal at RPO Strategies, providing environmental risk, compliance, and ESG advisory services from January 2020 to May 2024. Their experience includes leading environmental risk and compliance consulting as President of E&W Strategies at Earth & Water Law Group from April 2016 to February 2020. Doug's extensive career at the US EPA Criminal Investigation Division spanned from 1991 to 2016, where Doug held multiple leadership roles, including Director and Deputy Director. Doug began their professional journey as a Legislative Aide for the U.S. House of Representatives in 1990. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Colby College.
