Marcus Quigley is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in technology, engineering, and environmental consulting. Currently serving as Partner and Technology Practice Lead at the Environmental Financial Consulting Group (EFCG), Marcus oversees the Technology Practice and provides strategic guidance to engineering and construction firms. As CEO of EcoLucid, Marcus drives initiatives at the intersection of technology and environmental practices for diverse clients. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Advisors for the Charles River Watershed Association and as a former Committee Member for the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. Previous leadership positions include Founder & CEO of OptiRTC, Principal at Geosyntec Consultants, and Engineer at URS Corporation. Marcus holds a BS in Engineering and Environmental Science from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from Oregon State University.
