Karol Czapik is a company owner and interim manager at EFEKT PMO since September 2018, with extensive experience in project management and mentoring roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a mentor for BCC Startups, program manager at Ecoloop Group, lecturer in project management at Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK, and founding member of the Polish Professional Managers Association, Karol also holds positions as a management trainer with Enterprise Advisors, assessor for the Polish Project Excellence Award with IPMA Polska, and advisor at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. Additionally, Karol is a member of the Consulting Staff at PMO Global Alliance and a mentor for the Kraków City of Startups. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General Management and Public Management and postgraduate studies in Project Management, alongside degrees in political science and international politics.
