Karen has extensive experience in customer service and logistics, having worked as a sample clerk at Ecological Fibers since November 2010, where responsibilities include preparing samples and coordinating shipments with major carriers while collaborating with sales and customer service teams. Prior to this role, Karen served as an office clerk at Teknor Apex Company from April 1995 to March 2009, performing similar duties related to sample preparation and shipping logistics. Additionally, Karen worked as an order picker at Health-Tex from March 1981 to July 1991. Karen also obtained a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from the Health Training Center in 2010.
