Vincent Leroy is a Maître de Conférences and Postdoctoral Researcher at Centrale Nantes since February 2019, specializing in the hydrodynamics of large Floating Offshore Wind Turbines at the LHEEA Laboratory. Previously, from November 2015 to December 2018, Vincent served as a PhD Student and R&D Engineer at INNOSEA and Ecole Centrale de Nantes, focusing on unsteady aerodynamic modeling of floating wind turbines. Earlier experience includes an internship in Research and Development on Floating Wind Turbines at SEGULA Technologies, a Software Engineering internship at INNOSEA, and an internship at the University of Exeter in wave energy simulations. Vincent holds a PhD in Fluid Mechanics from Centrale Nantes (2015-2018) and an Engineering degree and Master of Engineering in Hydrodynamics and Ocean Engineering from Centrale Nantes (2011-2015).
