Tanesha Watts, Ed.D., currently serves as Training Manager for Global Instructional Design at Ecolab since August 2018, and previously held the position of Senior Instructional Designer II. At Lowe's Companies, Inc., from April 2014 to August 2018, Tanesha oversaw the implementation of the ADDIE model for new hire training and introduced the Red Vest Ready program. Experience at Walmart Corporate Office included roles as Training and Development Manager II and I, focusing on revamping training programs and organizing corporate events. Earlier experience at Sam's Club involved project management in supply chain analysis. Tanesha holds a Doctor of Education in Human Resources Development from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Education in Workforce Development, and a Bachelor's in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
