Shutong (Cindy) Chen is a highly skilled Product Design & Development Manager in Specialized Nutrition at Danone Nutricia Research since June 2020, focusing on adult medical nutrition products for critical care patients. Prior experience includes serving as an R&D Product Development Specialist at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, where responsibilities encompassed developing Single Serve coffee products and leading various evaluation tests and consumer research. Previous internships involved contributions to blend development for coffee products, dairy science research, and clean label projects in the food industry. Educated with a Master of Science in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology and Processing from De Haagse Hogeschool, Shutong possesses a solid foundation in food technology and product development.
