Melissa Goodwin possesses extensive experience in supply chain leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Industrial Supply Chain at Ecolab since October 2010. In this role, Melissa oversees end-to-end operations and service for Industrial North America, managing a team of over 800 associates. Previous positions at Ecolab include Vice President roles in Global Industrial Supply Chain and Supply Chain Planning & Equipment, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive logistics, planning, and strategy development. Prior to Ecolab, Melissa worked at The Dow Chemical Company in various supply chain and logistics roles. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Science Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
