H Travis has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and project management. In 2018, they became the Director of Software Quality Engineering and founding member of Ecogistix, where they work on shrinking the supply chain from farm to fork by digitizing small to medium farms. Prior to this, they were the Owner of SpiderJuice Web Solutions in 2017. From 2009 to 2007, they worked as the Software Quality Assurance Manager at Peet's Coffee and the Performance and Automation Project Manager at Delta Dental. During their time at COMSYS (Wells Fargo Bank) from 2007 to 2005, they served as a Senior Test Engineer, introducing SQA methodologies for the newly created Systems Integration Test team in the Wells Fargo's Health Business Services unit. Lastly, from 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Project Manager at Hewlett Packard, managing the discovery and development teams in finding software solutions for future phases and upgrades for Hewlett-Packards Software Update Manager (SUM).

H Travis' education history includes attending San Francisco State University from 1992 to 1994, studying Kinesiology, and City College of San Francisco from 1979 to 1981, where they obtained an AA in Education. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in 2021: Agile Software Development, Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings, and Cert Prep: Scrum Master.
