Prateeti Shukla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, program management, and software quality assurance. Currently serving as the EcoEnergy Insights Chapter Lead for Women Empowerment in the South Asia Pacific region and as a Scrum Master and Program Manager at EcoEnergy Insights, Prateeti has successfully driven an Agile culture, improved team efficiency, and enhanced operational performance. Previously, as the Founder and Managing Director of Art Blend Cafe, Prateeti established a successful franchise and received multiple awards for excellence in customer service. Prateeti's early career included key roles at Wipro Technologies, Oracle, and Symphony Services, focusing on quality assurance and performance engineering, with notable accomplishments in test automation and client coverage improvements. Prateeti holds a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rajasthan University, along with a Diploma in Computer Application (Honors).
