Gautam Muralidharan has been working in the corporate world since 2004. Gautam started their career at PwC, where they held the roles of Manager and Partner. In 2021, they co-founded Ecocrumb.

Gautam Muralidharan has a diverse educational background. Gautam obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras between 1997 and 2001. Gautam then went on to receive a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland between 2001 and 2004. Gautam then pursued a M.A. in Sustainable Design from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design from 2012 to 2014.
