Misha Galusha began their work experience in 2007 as a Crew Member at Five Guys Enterprises. They transitioned to a role as a Commercial Painter at Finish Line Painting from July 2007 to October 2010. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant Cook and Crew Member at Richmond Hill Deli until July 2019. In the same year, they also worked as a Computer Technician for NPower (nonprofit) in July 2019. Currently, Misha is working at ecobee as a Technical Support Agent, starting in July 2019.

Misha Galusha's education history includes two educational experiences. In 1996, they attended Republic of Crimea Secondary School #36 and obtained a High School Diploma in 2006. In 2019, Misha attended NPower Canada, where they studied IT Analyst but did not obtain a degree.

In addition to their education, Misha also holds several certifications. In April 2019, they obtained the Cisco IT Essentials certification from Cisco, the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA, and the MTA: Networking Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in May 2019.
