For Kirk Williams, it all started with a bucket of golf balls. At eleven years old, he braved the muddy marshes behind his local course gathering abandoned balls to sell them back to the driving range. It wasn’t an hourly job. No entitlements. Yet, what he learned has stayed with him to this day: hard work pays off.
