Hussaina Attarwala has worked as a Technical Support Specialist at ecobee since February 2023. Prior to that, from November 2019 to April 2021, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at K.K Traders.

Hussaina Attarwala completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from GH Raisoni University, during the period from 2016 to 2019. In 2022, they attended NPower Canada, where they pursued a Junior IT Analyst program. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Google IT Support from Google in May 2022 and in Build Your Skills in Customer Service from LinkedIn in March 2022.
