Anirudh Pillai has a diverse work experience in various roles. ANIRUDH started their career in 2020 as a Restaurant Crew Member at McDonald's and also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K. In 2021, they worked as a Machine Operator at Canada Bread Company, Limited and later as a Technical Support Specialist at Teleperformance. In 2022, they joined Concentrix as a Technical Support Specialist L2 and then transitioned to a Technical Support Specialist role within the same company. Currently, Anirudh is working at ecobee as a Technical Support Specialist.

Anirudh Pillai completed their practical elements of Mechanical Engineering degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician at Fanshawe College from 2019 to 2020. ANIRUDH then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Canadore College from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, Anirudh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, which they completed between 2015 and 2019. Additionally, they have received certifications in various IT-related subjects from LinkedIn, including Windows 11 for IT Pros First Look: Supporting Users, Azure Active Directory: Basics, Learning Windows Terminal, and What Is Scrum? which were all obtained in the year 2023.
