Alicia Sadé I. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Alicia Sadé I. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Leeds Beckett University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they earned a Diploma in Business Administration and Human Resources from Stratford Business School UK, attending from 2008 to 2009.

In terms of certifications, Alicia Sadé I. obtained various qualifications from LinkedIn. In 2022, they received certifications in "Align Recruiting with Job Requirements," "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program," and "Diversity Recruiting." In 2022, they also completed the "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 3 Recruiting Software Developers" certification. Going back to 2021, they acquired the "Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding" certification.
