Rich Osborn is a seasoned investment professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in venture capital and corporate advisory roles. As the Founder and General Partner of RecapHealth Ventures since August 2021, Rich focuses on generating financial and social impact through investments in Seed to Growth Stage companies across Canada, the US, and Europe. Current engagements include serving as a Senior Advisor and Managing Partner at Canadian Tire's Roller Labs, a member of the Board of Advisors for Nicola Wealth, and Strategic Advisor at League. Additionally, Rich holds positions as Board Chair of BC Tech, Private Investor and Board Member at AlayaCare, and Limited Partner at Radical Ventures. Rich's educational background includes an Executive Leadership program at Harvard University, an MBA from The University of British Columbia, and an Honours degree from Queen's University.
