Yuval Shavit is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as R&D Manager and Mechanical Engineer at Eco Wave Power since April 2023. Previously, Yuval held the role of Innovation Project Manager at Visy from January 2018 to February 2022, focusing on technology projects related to value engineering, sustainability, and hydrogen vehicles, while also managing a research project at RMIT University on innovative construction bricks. Earlier in the career, Yuval was a Mechanical Design Engineer at Visy, where responsibilities included product design using CAD and development of recyclable materials. Additionally, Yuval contributed as an Aerodynamics Engineer at Monash Motorsport, leading to first-place finishes in student competitions. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with honors from Monash University, a Certificate 3 in Engineering from Chisholm Institute, and further studies in Mechanical Engineering at North Carolina State University.
