Melissa Survick has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1999, they started their career at the Holiday Inn Express in California, where they worked in guest services until 2007. In 2003, they briefly worked as an English teacher at Silver Creek Middle/Senior High School. From 2006 to 2009, Melissa held roles at both BJ's Restaurants, Inc. as a server and at The Lighting Company as a business development professional. In 2008, they became the newsletter editor for the USGBC Arizona Chapter, where they collaborated with Diya Marketing to compile the newsletter. In 2009, Melissa took on the role of CEO at RS Energy Consulting, where they focused on helping commercial companies identify and implement energy-efficient practices. Their role at RS Energy Consulting lasted until the end of 2009, after which they joined OSRAM SYLVANIA. At OSRAM SYLVANIA, Melissa first worked as a Southwest Area Sales Representative and later became an Executive Major Account Representative until 2018. Finally, in 2018, they became the Sales Director at Eco Engineering, Inc.
Melissa Survick obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Education from Arizona State University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
