Adrienne Thayer's work experience includes serving as a Managing Director at ECO Capacity Exchange Ltd. since May 2017. Prior to that, they held a similar position at HSBC from September 2014 to March 2017. Before their time at HSBC, they worked in a finance role at Deloitte from March 2005 to July 2007.

Adrienne Thayer attended École Polytechnique from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Economics and Mechanics.
