James Barry, CFA has a solid work experience in the financial services industry. James started their career at Manulife Financial where they participated in the Investment Division Rotational Program from July 2010 to June 2012. This program allowed him to gain exposure to different areas within the company.

Following this, James worked as an Analyst in Canadian Private Placements at Manulife Financial from July 2012 to May 2014. James then transitioned to Element Fleet Management where they had the role of an Associate from June 2014 to February 2017.

Currently, James is working at ECN Capital as the Vice President of Corporate Investment since March 2017.

James Barry, CFA has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program from the CFA Institute. James also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance from McGill University. Additionally, they have completed the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
