Stacey Trussoni, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards and Payroll and Human Resources Business Partner Principal at ECMC Group since 2017, where responsibilities include aligning HR objectives with business goals and providing leadership consulting on various HR topics. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Caribou Coffee and HMSHost International, where Stacey managed HR teams, developed succession plans, and led performance management initiatives. At ShopHQ, Stacey acted as the primary HR business partner, focusing on employee relations and organizational effectiveness, following an HR management role at Menards overseeing a large workforce across multiple locations. Stacey holds an MBA from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
