Kevin Macmurphy serves as the Personal Lines Practice Leader at ECM Solutions, where leadership is focused on personal lines operations and business development within one of the largest independent insurance firms in the Carolinas since January 2014. Prior to this role, Kevin spent over 16 years at MetLife, progressing through various positions including Talent Development Manager, where responsibilities included talent management and leadership development for over 2000 associates. Additional roles at MetLife included Market Strategist, Casualty Claims Program Manager, Casualty Claims Supervisor, and Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster, demonstrating a comprehensive background in claims management and strategy development. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
