John Rasi is a Senior Civil Engineer at ECM Consultants, with a focus on dam design and inspection since September 2012. Prior to this role, John served as an Engineering Manager at LaDOTD from December 1982 to April 2011, where responsibilities included managing a design section that specialized in hydraulics and hydrology related to dams, pump stations, channel design, and master drainage studies. John Rasi holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Louisiana State University, in Construction Management (1971-1975) and Civil Engineering (1977-1978).
