Prior to this, they served as the Principle Implementation Engineer at Eclypses, where they managed multiple projects with external customers. Aron also worked as a Lead Research and Development Engineer, leading a team in replicating potential customer environments and deploying technology demonstrations.

Before joining Eclypses, Aron worked as a Product Sustaining Engineer at CommScope, where they were responsible for product development and maintenance. Aron also gained experience in energy consulting and project engineering as a Project Engineer at Colorado State University. Additionally, they worked as a Field Engineer, installing wind turbines at various locations and promoting renewable energy. Aron's early experience also includes being a Resident Assistant at Colorado State University and an Engineering Intern at the E-470 Public Highway Authority.
