Joyce Oduor, CPS(K), possesses extensive legal expertise, currently serving as a Legal Compliance Specialist at ECLOF Kenya since February 2022. Prior to this role, Joyce worked as a Senior Legal Officer at SMEP Microfinance Bank from September 2012 to January 2022, where significant contributions included establishing the legal department and drafting legal documents. Previous experience includes positions at Trident Insurance Company Limited as an Assistant Legal Officer, R. K. Muthiga & Co. Advocates as a Legal Advocate, and Omolo & Omolo Advocates as an Advocate. Early career experience involved work at Okwach & Company Advocates and Oraro & Company Advocates, where Joyce supported legal teams and conducted research. Joyce’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, complemented by foundational education at Pangani Girls.
