Georgina (Gina) Wood is an experienced professional in customer success and clinical data management with a strong background in strategic oversight and technological innovation within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at eClinical Solutions since May 2022, Gina previously held the role of VP of Customer Success at Cyntegrity, where responsibilities included managing customer support and service. Gina's extensive experience includes senior positions at AnalysisMate, Bristol Myers Squibb, Celgene, Navitas Life Sciences, Novartis, and Pfizer, focusing on project management, reporting standards, and the development of data standards for clinical research. Gina holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from The Open University and has obtained Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in the same field.
