Paul Mbuguah is an experienced business leader with a strong background in management and technology. As the Founder and Group CEO of Eclectics Intl. since January 2010, Paul has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and strategic growth. Prior to this, Paul served as Group Managing Director at Fintech-Group from January 2008 to December 2009, overseeing organizational strategy across six countries. Paul also held the position of Group Commercial Director at Fintech-Group from January 2001 to January 2007, focusing on product commercialization and market expansion. Earlier in the career, Paul was General Manager at Standard Chartered Bank and held a System Support Specialist role. Paul Mbuguah holds an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and multiple degrees in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from Strathmore University and the American Institute of Trucking.
