SHING LUEN LIOU (DION) is an experienced apparel technical designer and developer currently serving as the Development Team Lead at Eclat Textile Co., overseeing technical developments for Vuori Clothing since October 2019. Prior to this role, SHING served as an Assistant Apparel Technical Designer/Developer, focusing on the transition of designs to final products. Earlier experience includes a position as an Associate Warp-Knitted Textile Designer/Developer at Paiho Shih Holdings Corp, where responsibilities included designing textiles for brands like ASICS and MIZUNO. SHING completed obligatory military service with the Ministry of National Defense in Taiwan and holds multiple degrees in Textiles and Clothing, English Language and Literature, and Textile Design from Fu Jen Catholic University and the University of Borås.
