Cyndi Thomas has a strong and extensive work experience in the sales and business development field. Cyndi is currently working as a Senior Sales Director at ECLAT Health Solutions Inc since October 2019. Previously, they worked as an Independent Consultant and Trainer, teaching sales teams how to plan their day and work their plan to grow their business. Before that, they were the VP of Business Development at Optum360 from July 2014 to February 2018. Cyndi also served as the President of Comforce Coding Services from June 2001 to May 2013 and as the VP of Coding Services at Kforce Inc from April 1996 to June 2001. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and growing various divisions, hiring and training staff, building relationships, and achieving budgetary goals.

Cyndi Thomas obtained a Bachelor's degree in History Secondary Education from Oakland University between 1976 and 1979.
