Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
