Marco Manalo is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Eclaro, focusing on the modernization of the Thoroughbred Yard Enterprise System for a U.S.-based railway company since July 2023. Previously, Marco held multiple roles at Accenture from July 2019 to July 2023, including Technology Architect Team Lead, where responsibilities involved leveraging Amazon Connect for various client solutions in Japanese Agent Portals and payment services, as well as leading development in internal team agent portals. Earlier in the career, Marco contributed as a lead developer at a local major telecommunications company in multiple capacities, focusing on the creation of reusable components.
