Vishal Jain is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and cleantech sectors. Since 2021, Jain has served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Eckuity Capital and has held the position of Chairman of the Board at Enquyst Technologies Inc since 2017. Additionally, Jain became a Board Member at Ansella Therapeutics in March 2024. Previous roles include General Partner at Forepont Capital Partners from 2017 to 2020 and Senior Vice President and Executive Director at Mizuho Financial Group from 2013 to 2017, where Jain specialized in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and risk management among other areas. Jain’s career also includes a tenure as Director at UBS Investment Bank from 2007 to 2013, focusing on life sciences and clean technology. Jain holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
